Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the remaining product in its original packaging, include your RMA slip, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
